How long does implementation take?
Most organizations are live with core dashboards within 6–8 weeks. Complex multi-system or multi-region implementations typically take 10–14 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the discovery session.
Do we need our own Snowflake license?
No. Titan Insights manages the Snowflake environment as part of your subscription. If you already have a Snowflake contract, we can work within your existing environment — whichever approach is most cost-effective for your organization.
What HR systems do you connect to?
We have native connectors for 50+ HR platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Cornerstone, UKG, and many more. For systems without native connectors, we build custom API integrations.
Is our HR data secure?
Security is built into every layer of the platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement role-based access controls, data masking, and full audit logging. Our platform supports SOC2, GDPR, and PIPEDA compliance requirements.
Can we customize the dashboards to our branding?
